Connecting Facebook Events calendar to Ipod touch

Today I figured how to connect my Facebook events calendar to Ipod touch calendar. I have 3 calendars now (Facebook, Exchange, Gmail), so it’s good to have them all in one place. Here is a short tutorial how to do it.

First you need to get URL (link) to your Facebook Events calendar. In Facebook main menu go to Events menu.

Then at the bottom of Events page is a link “Export Events”. Click on it. Popup window open with some information and the URL.

Now take Ipod, go to Settings –> Mail, Contacts, Calendars –> Add Account..

There you will see predefined accounts. But you need to click on “Other” accounts. There choose “Add Subscribed Calendar”.

In the field “Server” enter URL to your Events calendar in Facebook. URL you have from previous print screens.

Now you should see one more calendar in your Ipod’s calendar list.
